ERC LEAKWATCH · YEARLY IN-HOME LEAK CHECK

FIND THE DRIP BEFORE IT FINDS YOUR FLOORS.

Once a year, an ERC technician checks every accessible water connection in your home, scans the walls and floors near your plumbing, shows you where your main shutoff is, and documents everything with photos. $89 a year, and the $89 comes back as a credit.

Most water losses don’t start with a burst. They start as a slow drip behind a toilet or under a sink that nobody sees, sometimes for months, until something gives. If it gives while you’re away for a week, the water has nowhere to go but across your floors.

WHAT LEAKWATCH IS AND ISN’T.

A careful yearly look at your plumbing connections, with photos.

It catches slow leaks and worn parts that are visible or detectable on the day of your visit.

It can’t predict when a part will fail. A line that looks fine today can still break tomorrow.

ERC is not responsible for leaks or failures after your visit.

It is not insurance, a warranty or a guarantee. It’s information you can act on.

QUESTIONS.

What do you check?

Every accessible supply line, angle stop, toilet, sink, water heater, washer hose, and dishwasher and fridge line, plus a thermal and moisture scan near your plumbing. We show you where your main shutoff is, and we provide photo documentation after each visit.

What if you find a leak?

We show you the photo and explain what we see. If you want it fixed, we give you a written price under a separate contract, and your $89 credit applies to self-pay work.

Is this insurance or a home warranty?

No. LeakWatch is a yearly visit to check for slow leaks. It does not pay for repairs or damage, and ERC is not responsible for leaks that happen after the visit.

How long does the visit take?

About an hour for most homes.
