Mold

Mold comes back if the moisture source is not fixed. ERC finds the source, contains the area under negative air pressure, removes affected materials following IICRC guidelines, and repairs the space.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

If you can do it safely, shut off the main water valve and move valuables off wet floors. Turn off power to wet areas only if you can reach the breaker panel without standing in water.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Moisture source found and fixed first

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Can I just spray bleach on it?

Surface spraying does not fix the moisture that feeds mold, and it can come back. The source has to be found and fixed first.

How long does mold removal take?

Most jobs take a few days once containment is up. You get a written price with a schedule before we start.

Do I need to file an insurance claim?

No. You can pay us directly. We give you a written price first.
